3.6. provides assistance to teaching staff in mastering and developing innovative educational programs and technologies;
3.7. together with the deputy director for educational work, draws up a schedule of classes for extended day groups and other types of educational, cultural and leisure activities, ensures high-quality and timely replacement of lessons for temporarily absent teachers and other directly subordinate teachers;
3.8. ensures the timely preparation of established reporting documentation, controls the correct and timely maintenance of classroom journals, after-school group journals and other documentation by teachers, class teachers, senior counselors, and other teachers;
3.9. provides assistance to student groups in conducting cultural, educational and recreational activities;
3.10. participates in staffing the school, takes measures to maintain the number of students in study groups;
3.11. monitors students' compliance with the Rules for Students and the School Charter;
3.12. participates in the selection and placement of teaching staff, organizes the improvement of their qualifications and professional skills, manages the work of methodological associations, improves their qualifications;
3.13. makes proposals for improving the educational process, participates in the work of the school’s pedagogical council;
3.14. takes part in the preparation and certification of teaching and other school employees;
3.15. maintains, signs and submits to the director the time sheet for the teachers and teaching support staff directly subordinate to him;
3.16.takes measures to replenish the library with educational, methodological and fiction literature, magazines and newspapers related to the profile of its work;
3.17. ensures that class teachers and other directly subordinate employees fulfill their assigned responsibilities to ensure the life safety of students; organizes educational work, voluntary socially useful work of students in strict accordance with the norms and rules of labor protection;
3.18. participates in administrative and public control on issues of ensuring life safety, in the investigation of accidents that occurred with employees and students;
3.19. provides methodological assistance class teachers, leaders of groups, clubs, sports sections, excursions, labor associations, socially useful, productive labor, etc., including on issues of ensuring labor safety for students, preventing injuries and other accidents;
3.20.instructs employees directly subordinate to him on issues of labor protection, safety precautions, industrial sanitation and fire safety with the preparation of relevant documentation; draws up safety instructions for school clubs;
3.21. monitors compliance and takes measures to comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, requirements, labor protection rules, fire safety when conducting educational activities and work outside the educational institution with students;
3.22. organizes activities with students and their parents to prevent injuries, road traffic accidents, accidents occurring on the street, water, etc.; organizes the involvement of parents in educational work with students, promotes the creation of a comprehensive education system;
3.23. establishes and maintains connections between the school and institutions of additional education for children and other organizations for joint activities in out-of-school education;
3.24.complies with ethical standards of behavior at school, at home, in public places, corresponding to the social status of the teacher;
3.25. undergoes periodic free medical examinations.

4. Rights.
The deputy school director for educational work has the right, within his competence:
4.1. check the work of directly subordinate employees; attend their classes and events; give binding orders to directly subordinate school employees;
4.2. bring students to disciplinary liability for actions that disorganize the educational process, in the manner established by the school Charter and the Rules on rewards and penalties;
4.3. make, if necessary, temporary changes to the schedule of classes of clubs and extended day groups, sports sections, etc., cancel classes, temporarily combine groups for joint classes;

5. Responsibility.
5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and Internal Labor Regulations of the school, other local regulations, legal orders of the school director, official duties established by these instructions, including for failure to use the granted rights, the deputy director of the school for educational work is subject to disciplinary action. responsibility in the manner prescribed by labor legislation.
For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.
5.3. For the use, including one-time use, of educational methods associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the student’s personality, as well as the commission of another immoral act, the deputy director of the school for educational work may be relieved of his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Law of the Russian Federation "About Education". Dismissal for this act is not a disciplinary measure.
5.4. For violation of fire safety rules, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the educational process, the deputy director of the school for educational work is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in cases provided for by administrative legislation.
5.5. For culpable infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of his official duties, the deputy director of the school for educational work bears financial responsibility in the manner and within the limits established by labor and (or) civil legislation.

6. Relationships. Relationships by position.


Deputy school director for educational work:
6.1. works in irregular working hours according to a schedule based on a 40-hour work week and approved by the school director;
6.2. independently plans his work for each academic year and each academic quarter; the work plan is approved by the school director no later than 5 days from the beginning of the planned period;
6.3. submits to the director a written report on his activities of at least 5 typewritten pages within 10 days after the end of each academic quarter;
6.4. receives from the school director information of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against receipt;
6.5. endorses the orders of the school director on the organization of the educational process;
6.6. systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with the administration and teaching staff of the school;
6.7. acts as the deputy director of the school for educational work during his temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The performance of duties is carried out in accordance with labor legislation and the School Charter on the basis of an order from the school director.
