Finally, the last major leak - Humpty Dumpty making public the alleged correspondence of an assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov, which dealt with Ukraine, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. In particular, the media paid special attention to a document called “Shatun,” which formulated a “plan to destabilize Ukraine” and proposals on how to form the leadership of the DPR.
