Since 2017, a medical report from the Psychological and Pedagogical Commission (PMPC) on the opportunity to study at the chosen university and an individual rehabilitation program (IPR) are no longer needed.

From disabled people of groups 1 and 2

Since 2019, people with disabilities since childhood, as well as groups 1 and 2, and disabled children can enter five universities in three areas of training in each.
